Use of our services

When you register as a contractor or client of Chefs4Chefs B.V. or one of its labels, we ask you to provide personal data. This data is stored in our CRM system and used to provide our services to you. Your personal data may also be used by us to inform you about our services.

Your data, including email address, will only be used for this purpose if you have given us your prior consent. Clients and contractors can opt out of receiving information at any time via the method indicated in the relevant mailing.

Personal data are in principle only used by Chef4Chefs B.V. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law or court order or as necessary for the performance of an agreement between you and Chefs4Chefs B.V.

You have the option to view, change, or delete your personal data at any time. If you wish to do so, please contact us. If at any time you no longer wish to receive information by email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the end of the relevant email.

Retention period

Chefs4Chefs BV will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed. Personal data will be kept for the statutory periods, after which it will be automatically destroyed.

Cookies

We place small files containing information about the visit to this website on the user's computer. We do this to measure and optimise the performance of the website in order to improve the user experience.
