Our Independent Chefs

have completed their MBO3 education and have at least 2 years' experience as independent chefs. These freelance chefs all have their own specialisation, e.g. patisserie, a la carte menus, knowledge of Italian cuisine, French cuisine, etc. They work independently and can run their own sections.

Our Independent Chefs

  • Have completed their MBO3 education
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an independent chef
  • Are proficient in all cooking techniques
  • Often have their own specialisation
  • Are dedicated and love to roll up their sleeves and get to work
  • Have the ambition to become a sous chef/head chef
